Brava starts output at Papa-Terra well after Ibama approval

Brava Energia begins production at PPT-52 after Ibama approval as its four-well campaign at Papa-Terra and Atlanta advances

By Brazil Stock Guide – Brava Energia SA (B3: BRAV3) started production at the PPT-52 well in the Papa-Terra field after receiving authorization from Brazil’s environmental agency Ibama, the company said in a material fact released on Sept. 29.

The well is part of a campaign to drill four new producing wells across the Papa-Terra and Atlanta fields. Brava said the program remains on its planned schedule.

New well enters stabilization phase

PPT-52 is still in the initial stage of operations, with production undergoing stabilization. Brava said it will disclose additional information on drilling results and the well’s initial performance as that process advances.

The start-up adds another producing well to Brava’s offshore portfolio as the company moves ahead with its drilling program in the two fields.

Papa-Terra and Atlanta campaign advances

The four-well campaign covers both Papa-Terra and Atlanta and is intended to add new production capacity through additional offshore wells.

Brava did not disclose an initial production rate for PPT-52 or provide an estimate for when the well will reach stabilized output. The company said further operating data will be released as stabilization progresses.

The disclosure was signed by Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer Luiz Carvalho and dated Sept. 29, 2026.
