Santander Brasil (B3: SANB11; NYSE: BSBR) will transfer its corporate headquarters in 2028. The bank announced the decision on Tuesday. Its current headquarters will continue operating during the transition.
GTIS Partners is developing Campus JK. The project will exceed 101,000 square meters of built area. The site covers more than 15,000 square meters. The complex will have direct access from Avenida JK and additional entrances from two adjacent streets.
The Santander Brasil headquarters transfer 2028 strengthens the bank’s presence in São Paulo’s Faria Lima–Itaim corridor. This district concentrates Brazil’s largest financial institutions. The relocation also reflects a broader shift toward integrated, ESG-compliant campuses that support hybrid work models.
