By Brazil Stock Guide – Qualicorp Consultoria e Corretora de Seguros S.A. (QUAL3) said it will distribute BRL 2.53 million in dividends approved at its shareholder meeting, with payments scheduled through Dec. 31, 2026. The payout corresponds to BRL 0.009025698 per share.
Investors holding shares as of June 29, 2026 will be eligible for the distribution. The company’s shares are set to trade ex-dividend on Brazil’s B3 exchange starting June 30, 2026, including that date.
The dividend amount excludes treasury shares, which are not entitled to the payment.
The distribution was approved during the company’s Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 30, 2026, according to a filing signed by Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer Eder Grande.
