By Brazil Stock Guide — Ambipar (B3: AMBP3; NYSE: AMBP), the Brazilian environmental services company, has launched Risk Radar, an artificial intelligence-driven platform designed to anticipate emerging risks and provide strategic insights for corporations and investors.

Developed in partnership with SAI360 and Signal AI, the tool continuously scans more than five million global sources — from news and social media to regulators and industry reports — to identify reputational, financial, regulatory and ESG-related risks in real time. Rather than producing static reports, Risk Radar integrates signals directly into corporate governance frameworks, allowing boards and executives to make quicker and more informed decisions.

“This is a paradigm shift. With Risk Radar, we stop reacting to the past and start acting on the future in real time,” said Claudinei Elias, head of ESG at Ambipar. “It strengthens resilience and competitiveness in an increasingly uncertain world.”

Targeted at multiple industries

The solution is aimed at sectors including energy, mining, finance, healthcare, technology and infrastructure, as well as institutional investors seeking to strengthen compliance and reduce exposure to environmental, regulatory and cyber risks.

According to Ambipar, the system’s competitive edge lies in combining Signal AI’s advanced risk intelligence with Ambipar’s expertise in environmental and ESG modeling. The platform classifies and prioritizes emerging risks, maps their potential financial and reputational impact, and provides automated recommendations that can be integrated into companies’ internal management systems.

Key features include:
• Real-time risk detection across millions of external and internal signals;
• Automated classification and prioritization of risks;
• Multidimensional impact mapping (financial, regulatory, climate, ESG, geopolitical);
• Peer benchmarking and sector monitoring;
• Visual dashboards with severity indicators, risk maps and trend forecasts.

Growth strategy

Founded in 1995, Ambipar operates in 41 countries with more than 23,000 employees and 600 operational bases worldwide. Listed both on the B3 in São Paulo and the New York Stock Exchange, the company has become a reference in environmental services, circular economy and emergency response. It has developed over 100 circular economy solutions, holds 25 patents and has received more than 50 innovation awards.

The company’s shares are recognized by S&P as “green shares” on the B3, reinforcing Ambipar’s positioning among sustainability-focused investors. By launching Risk Radar, Ambipar is looking to expand its global reach and diversify its portfolio beyond environmental services, moving deeper into AI-driven governance and risk management.
